Consequences of withdrawal:

If you cancel this contract, we will repay you all payments we have received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notice of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this repayment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.

If the client has requested that the broker's services commence during the cancellation period, they must pay the broker a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already rendered up to the point at which the client informs the broker of the exercise of their right of cancellation regarding this contract, in comparison to the total scope of services provided for in the contract. This may result in the client nevertheless having to fulfil their contractual payment obligations for the period up to the cancellation. Therefore, if the broker has already provided a full proof of listing or brokerage service, depending on their contractual obligations, the client must pay the agreed commission amount. In the event that the broker has not provided a full proof of listing or brokerage service, but has contractually agreed to reimbursement of expenses, they are entitled to reimbursement of the expenses incurred by them up to the declaration of cancellation and which they can prove.
