For example, for a detached house with a value of 300,000 euros, this corresponds to 3,000 euros in tipster commission.

Frequently asked questions about the property tip
Of course you can be friends with the seller. There are no restrictions - regardless of whether it is a relative, acquaintance or good friend.
No, there is no limit to the tipster commission. You will receive 1 % tipster commission, but at least €500 if the brokered property is worth less.
We accept tips for property throughout Germany.
